The smallest of the great Burgundy wine houses ! Founded in 1816, the Jaffelin winery was restored and modernized in 2004. Today, vinification takes place in great oval wooden vats, perfectly suited to red wines. The young winemaker, Marinette Garnier, creates and refines the Jaffelin wines in the outstanding 12th century "Caves du Chapitre".
